Tot Quest Account Deletion
This page explains how to request deletion of a Tot Quest account and associated user data.
To request account deletion, email hello@totquest.co.uk from the email address used for your Tot Quest account. Use the subject line "Delete my Tot Quest account".
In-App Deletion
Parent users can also start account deletion from within the Tot Quest app settings where available.
What Will Be Deleted
- Your Tot Quest account.
- Associated child profiles created under your account.
- Activity progress, points, badges and reward history linked to the account.
- Private memory photos and other user-uploaded account content.
What May Be Retained
Tot Quest may retain limited records where necessary for legal, tax, accounting, security, fraud prevention, payment, dispute or compliance reasons. Routine backup copies are removed or overwritten according to backup retention cycles.
Timing
We aim to process deletion requests promptly after verifying the account owner. Some retained backup or operational records may take longer to expire from backup systems.
